Return Policy and Refund Conditions — mestora.ch

Swiss law (OR) does not provide for a statutory right of withdrawal for distance selling. Mestora offers a voluntary right of return — no physical return required.

Voluntary Right of Return Without Return Shipment

Mestora (Nadarajah Digital) voluntarily offers the following right of return:

Return Period: 14 days from receipt of goods.

Refund: Full refund of the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs).

No Return Shipment Required: You do not need to send the goods back. We will refund the purchase price after receiving your return notification and internal review.

How to Exercise Your Right of Return

Within 14 days of receiving the goods, send an email to:

Subject: Refund – Order [Order Number]

Please provide:

• Order number
• Reason for return (optional)
• In case of defects or damages: Photo of the problem

We will process your request within 2–3 business days.

Refund Process

After approval of your request, we will refund the purchase price within 5 business days using the original payment method.

For product defects attributable to the supplier, we will forward the case to our supplier. The refund will be made after the supplier complaint has been processed, usually within 7–14 business days.

Exceptions — No Right of Return

No right of return exists for:

• Sealed goods for health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been removed after delivery
• Custom-made or personalized products
• Perishable goods

Defects and Incorrect Delivery

In the event of defective, damaged, or incorrect goods, you have the right to, regardless of the 14-day period:

• Full refund, or
• Replacement delivery

Report the defect by email to hallo@mestora.ch with a photo. Please do so within 30 days of receipt.

Note for EU Consumers

For persons residing in the EU, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal according to EU Directive 2011/83/EU applies. As we voluntarily waive the return obligation, our conditions are in any case more consumer-friendly than the legal minimum.
